Gau Shakti Life Sciences LLP operating in this sector—leverage the
natural binding, anti-microbial, and thermal insulation properties of
processed cow dung coupled with the structural stability of Calcium
Carbonate, Bael Fruit Powder and Natural Latex.

The Science of the Advanced Ingredients

Ingredient Function / Science
Nanoparticles of Cow Dung Which is naturally corrosive to termites, fungi, and bacterial
spores. It cures via carbonation, pulling CO₂ from the air to form
rigid calcium carbonate. Here we are directly using Calcium
Carbonate.
Bael Fruit Powder (Mucilage/Gum) The pulp of the Bael fruit contains highly concentrated
polysaccharides, pectins, and tannins. This acts as a powerful
natural cross-linker and waterproofing agent. It prevents the lime
from cracking, enhances wet-adhesion, and acts as a bitter anti-feed
and deterrent for termites.
Natural Latex (Rubber Emulsion) Provides elastomeric flexibility, tensile strength, and water
resistance. It prevents the paint from peeling off non-porous
surfaces (like metal) and allows the dry film to stretch and
contract with thermal shifts.

Manufacturing Workflow

Process Details
Nano-Slurry Preparation Bleached, odourless cow dung is high-shear homogenized down to
nanoparticle scale.
Mucilage Extraction Bael fruit powder is hydrated in hot water to activate its natural
mucilaginous gums and filtered.
Lime Maturation Calcium Carbonate is aged with the Bael fruit mucilage; the tannins
react with calcium ions to form a highly sticky, stable
organic-mineral paste.
Latex Stabilization Natural rubber latex is treated with non-toxic stabilizers to
prevent premature coagulation when exposed to the high pH of the
lime.
High-Speed Dispersion The nano-dung slurry, Bael-lime paste, and stabilized latex are
high-speed blended.

Surface-Specific Performance: Thermal & Termite Action

Surface The Challenge Application Performance
A. Metal Sheets (GI, Tin, Zinc Roofs) Extreme thermal expansion/contraction; high heat conduction;
zero porosity.
Apply a light eco-wash or direct spray. The Natural Latex component forms a microscopic rubberized anchor
on the metal, preventing the paint from flaking off during
expansion.

Heat Resistance:
Reflects solar radiation. It cuts rooftop heat transmission by
up to 60C, transforming hot tin sheds into comfortable spaces.

B. Powder Coated Metal Surfaces Ultra-smooth, slick chemical surface with near-zero mechanical grip. Requires scuffing/light sanding. The high-tack adhesion given by the Bael fruit pectin and latex
creates a polymer-mineral film over the slick powder coat.
C. Steel Structures (I-Beams, Trusses) Structural rust prevention and atmospheric thermal protection. Applied via airless spray, brush, or roller. The highly alkaline lime creates a passive anti-corrosive layer,
while the latex seals out ambient moisture, acting as a
rust-preventative and fire-retardant thermal shield.
D. Wood & Bamboo Highly vulnerable to termites (Isoptera), wood-boring beetles,
and moisture rot.
Applied directly in 2—3 coats. Termite & Rot Resistance:
Maximum efficiency. The intense alkalinity of the lime combined
with the bitter, astringent tannins and alkaloids (such as marmin
and imperatorin) in Bael fruit makes the wood unpalatable to
termites. The latex seals the wood grain, preventing water ingress
and rot.
E. Cement Plastered Wall (As a Heat-Resistant Coat) Urban heat island effect; structural micro-cracking. Roller or brush application. The nano cow dung particles and lime act as a thermal barrier,
reflecting UV/IR rays. The elastomeric latex allows the coating
to stretch over hairline settlement cracks without tearing.

Multi-Surface Comparative Performance Chart

Feature / Surface Primary Property Adhesion Mechanism Thermal Shift Resistance Pest Proofing Coverage (per Litre) Average Product Lifespan
Sheets Heat Reflection Latex polymer-film bond Excellent (No peeling at 70 degree C) 60-80 sq. ft. Years
Steel Structure Anti-Corrosive Shield Lime-passivation layer High 50-60 sq. ft. 5 Years
Wood and Bamboo Termite / Borer Eradication Deep capillary absorption Moderate 100 % Resistant 50-60 sq. ft. (absorbent) 5 + Years (indoors)
Cement Plastered Wall Thermal & Anti Crack Coat Carbonation & Mechanical grip High High (Prevents crawling pests) 60-80 sq. ft. 5-6 years

Industrial and Consumer Advantages

Advanced Elastomeric Quality

Unlike conventional cow dung-lime coatings that crack on non-traditional
surfaces, the addition of natural latex provides excellent flexibility
and elongation, making the coating suitable for metal, wood, bamboo,
and cement surfaces.

Dual-Action Thermoregulation

Combines the high Solar Reflectance Index (SRI) of lime with the
micro-cellular thermal insulation of nano cow dung cellulose,
significantly reducing heat transfer and lowering HVAC cooling
requirements.

True Bio-Pesticide Action

A safe, plant-and-mineral-based formulation using Bael Fruit Powder
and Lime naturally protects against termites and wood-boring pests
without relying on harmful chemicals such as Chlorpyrifos.

Eco-Safety Profile

Zero VOCs | Heavy Metal Free | Odourless after curing |
Non-Toxic | Fully Biodegradable | Environment Friendly

Commercial Economics & ROI Analysis

For Consumer & Commercial Asset Owners

ROI Area Details
Industrial Roof Cooling Savings When applied on 10,000 sq. ft. metal industrial roofing, the coating
helps reduce indoor temperatures by several degrees, lowering
factory cooling costs by approximately 20—25% and delivering a
typical ROI within 8—10 months during summer operation.
Asset Protection Extends the life of wooden and bamboo structural pillars by
preventing costly termite damage treatments, which typically cost
thousands annually.
